Andara Resort Villas is a Kamala hillside option where the accommodation category changes the holiday substantially. A terrace suite, pool suite and staffed multi-bedroom villa are not interchangeable simply because they share the same resort. Start with the space, pool arrangement and service attached to the exact offer.
Separate the accommodation families
The official suite range includes Terrace, Pool and Penthouse Pool categories. Terrace suites use the shared resort pool, while a penthouse pool is reached by stairs. Kitchens, living and dining space and terraces are part of the resort’s accommodation emphasis.
The villa range has three to seven bedrooms and private pools. The official villa description includes a chef and attendant; those services should not be transferred to every suite. The supplied photographs show pool terraces and a richly finished corridor, rather than establish every category’s floor plan.
Recent guests value space but note service differences
Al Mutassim’s June 2026 family stay in a three-bedroom Terrace Suite worked well for space and staff support, though one housekeeping visit was missed and buggy use was substantial. Guncha K’s May 2026 pool-suite stay also praised the lounge, outlook and helpful staff.
A December 2025 account by N.K. liked the spacious rooms but described dining-order errors, slow clearing and a delayed blind repair. Those dated experiences suggest questions about service responsiveness, rather than a reason to assume that all visits receive identical attention.
Match the layout to the group
Confirm the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and private pools in the actual booking, together with any stairs between the living area and pool. If a chef is central to the plan, establish that the offer is for the relevant villa category and clarify the meal terms.
Andara is particularly worth comparing when shared living space matters to a family or group. Its hillside movement and category-specific services deserve the same attention as the view. Neither a complimentary upgrade nor a particular buggy or beach-transfer timetable should be assumed.
