Garden rooms and house character
The photographs show formal planting around a pink-toned building, a low accommodation building at dusk and an individually decorated table setting. They suggest a more personal villa-and-garden setting than a standard city hotel corridor.
The location is Huai Phichai in Pak Chom. That district should be used when planning the arrival and outings. A broad Loei listing is not evidence that the accommodation is close to the provincial city centre.

Piyamas W’s March 2016 family account describes a furnished house with kitchen, living and outdoor space, a river garden and a piano in the house they used. The piano is a particular detail of that accommodation, not an amenity to promise in every villa.

If cooking or dining at the property is important, confirm the kitchen equipment and current food arrangements. The historical accounts provide specific reasons to look more closely, while the actual booking needs present-day details. This is a river setting, not a sea-view resort or a city hotel made convenient by the province name alone.
